The breakfast was great for food or daily surprise; the location was MAGNIFICENT.

All is absolutely great, I had a nice trip. The breakfast is sensational, I really enjoyed eggs, bangers, and bacon. The location is central, close to the nearest bus stop, and Venice from Mestre. And it's by Fiume Marzenego - Osellino Foce 1.

Particularly good location away from the water buses made it easy to get to key attractions. And it was also right by Venizia Public transport as well as the bus stop.

Everything was good, very nice staff, magnificent location very close to the local bus stop, the island and Venezia in 20 minutes.

Stayed in silent double room with a decent sofa, powerful enough shower, big terrace. The food was good with a wide range of choice!

my stay was absolutely amazing of the last two nights. the location was particularly good and perfect, at a moderate distance from piazza ferretto. set in such beautiful area, restaurants and bars were walk from the hotel. the employees were very attentive and kept it all reasonably clean. the breakfast was good with cheese and pastries, for example, and the restaurant was very nice.

We chose this exceptionally comfortable hotel based on price, good value. The property had great and perfect location really close to Ali supermarket and Venice Mestre Shopping district, center of city Mestre, and the nearest bus stop. Also, it was just 1 km to Piazza Ferretto.

During my recent stay, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a fantastic selection of delicious food.

Our stay at the hotel was nice. The rooms were well equipped, spacious, clean. The hotel is near the city center which is accessible by foot, about 10 minutes. Bus number 2 goes to Venice, has a stop about 100 meters away. The journey from Marco Polo airport - bus (number 15) to the railway station and then take bus No. 2 to the hotel.If you buy a ticket in advance you only pay 1.20 euros, the driver is 2.50 euros.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff members were very helpful; we really enjoyed having drinks in the evenings at the nearby birrerie kofler mestre.

Friendly staff, good location for traveling to Venice - approx 15 mins on the bus, for only 2.40 euros. Spacious room.

It was on quite a busy road where there were roadworks, not much in the immediate area, but at the Mestre square (shops, restaurants) in 10 mins. No noise from the road either I must say!
